Essential Functions:
- Originate loans over the phone
- Interview and pre-qualify prospective borrowers
- Inform borrowers of loan options, market conditions, documents and other requirements needed to close the loan
- Review new loan guidelines, programs, updates and changes
- Assist operations personnel in processing and closing loans
Requirements:
Education and/or Experience:
- Minimum of high school education, college degree preferred
- 3+ years experience in the mortgage industry
Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to build quality customer relationships
- Detail oriented with a strong work ethic
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Demonstrated leadership skills and strong integrity
- Computer literate with demonstrated PC skills
